Collection Notice for the Sherpa Business Temperature Check

Business Caddy Pty Ltd collects the information you provide through this scorecard so we can send your result, understand your business context, and follow up with you about your Temperature Check if appropriate.

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, team size, revenue band, scorecard answers, and related business information.

We do not sell your personal information. Your information may be stored in tools we use to operate the business, including ScoreApp, email, calendar, CRM, and related business systems.

  • Marketing contact records are retained until you unsubscribe or request removal

When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it securely.

  • Your scorecard data is stored within ScoreApp and may be synced to our CRM system
  • We may use aggregate, de-identified data from scorecard responses to improve our assessment tools
  • Your individual responses will not be shared with any third party without your consent

Children

Our services are intended for adults operating businesses or in leadership roles. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
