Business & Executive Coaching

You built this. What are you building now?

Business Caddy provides business and executive coaching for established, owner led businesses across Moreton Bay, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Some owners come to us because the business still leans too hard on them. Others come because they have achieved what they set out to do, and the next chapter is less clear than the first one was. Either way, the starting point is clarity. Where are you really? What are you building now? And what needs to change to get there?

Who This Is For

Two different starting points. One question underneath.

The owner the business still depends on.

You are established, capable and successful on paper. But the week is run by whatever is loudest, the strategy lives mostly in your head, the numbers do not tell you what you need to know, and the team works best when you are in the room. Working harder stopped being the answer a while ago.

The owner who has already won the first game.

The business is strong, the goals you started with have largely been achieved, and there is freedom there, in theory. What is missing is clarity about what comes next: what the business is now for, and what you actually want to build with the position you have earned.

And the leaders beside them.

Some owners engage coaching for the senior people carrying weight alongside them. Executive coaching gives those leaders the same space to think clearly, sharpen judgement and lead with intent.

Who it is not for.

Business Caddy is not for startups, side projects, or anyone hoping a coach will hand over a silver bullet. This work only moves if you are willing to look honestly at your numbers, your leadership and what you want.

What The Business Is For

The business serves what you are building. Not the other way around.

A business can quietly become an end in itself, and its owner the busiest employee in it. We hold the opposite view. The business exists to serve what you are trying to build: the income, the freedom, the team you are proud of, the impact you want to have, the life outside it. Sometimes that means growth. Sometimes it means profitability, capability, or handing over weight you have carried too long. Sometimes it means working out what the next chapter is for. The business serves the person building it, and the work here keeps it that way.

What We Work On

Six areas. One way of working.

Business Caddy is not bespoke consulting, and it is not a one size fits all program. There is a defined way of working here, applied to what is actually going on in your business. Most engagements draw on six areas.

Business strategy and direction

Turning a busy business into a deliberate one. Clarifying where you are going, deciding what really matters next and building a practical plan you will use.

Quarterly planning and 90 day execution

Momentum should not rely on memory or good intentions. Each quarter we take stock, reset priorities and set clear commitments, so the important work keeps beating the urgent work. The public version of this is our Quarterly Planning Day.

Financial clarity

Understanding your profitability, cashflow and true financial position, so decisions are made on evidence rather than gut feel. This is coaching built on your numbers. It is not accounting, bookkeeping or financial advice.

Leadership

Leading well rather than just working hard: making the calls only you can make, holding standards without carrying everything yourself, and building a leadership rhythm that holds up under pressure.

Team development

Building clarity around roles, accountability and how the team works together, so the business relies less on you and performs without constant supervision.

Executive coaching

For senior leaders as well as owners. The same coaching, focused on one person: their judgement, their decisions and their growth as a leader.

How It Works

The process is consistent. The subject matter is yours.

Every engagement starts by getting aligned on where you and the business really are, where you are going and what has to change. From there the work runs as a steady rhythm: regular one to one sessions, quarterly planning resets and real accountability in between, so decisions get made and things happen. Sessions are practical and direct, built around what is in front of you that week and what you are building beyond it. Clarity before growth. Always.

The Pathway

Every coaching relationship follows the same shape.

We have named the stages the way you would name a climb.

Base Camp

A structured alignment process that gets clear on where you and the business are, where you are going, what matters most and what needs to change to move forward deliberately. You do not start climbing until you know exactly what you are climbing toward.

The Climb

The ongoing coaching journey that follows: turning that clarity into action, stronger leadership, better decisions and sustained progress toward the business and life you are building.

Your Coach

Will Smith

Will Smith is a business coach based in Brisbane, working with owners and leaders across Moreton Bay, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Before coaching, he spent years leading organisations and teams across business, sales, marketing and ministry, including nearly a decade leading a church, and that experience of leading people and carrying real accountability shapes how he coaches now. He is direct without being harsh, practical rather than theoretical, and more interested in what is true in your business than in what sounds good. Alongside coaching, he facilitates planning days and speaks on business and leadership; there is more background on the Speaking and Facilitation page. The fastest way to know whether you would work well together is a conversation.

Where We Work

In person and online.

Coaching runs in person across the City of Moreton Bay, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, and online beyond that. Most owners mix the two: in person when it matters, online when it is practical.

Run the business on purpose, not on momentum.

A complimentary call is the simple way to start: a short, straightforward conversation about where you are, what you are building and whether this is the right kind of help. No obligation either way.
